Syed Ahmed Tariq Mir Biography
After completing his Master’s degree at the Punjab University, Mr Tariq Mir proceeded to London to study accountancy. He was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England in Wales in 1970. He has over 35 years of managerial experience, mainly with US multinationals corporations such as ITT and NL Petroleum. He has been engaged in social welfare and charity work, primarily in the education, health and human development sectors. He has successfully completed the building of a library, school, university and hospitals in Pakistan.
Mr Muhammed Ahson Khan
Muhammed Ahson Khan is a Civil Engineer by profession. He also hold a M.A. in Information and Library Sciences from Loughborough University.
He has been a Trustee of SUN since 2010 and part of his role is to ensure that the standard and delivery of the SUN Academy in Pakistan are maintained.
Besides his duties with SUN, he is also a member of the Royal Horticultural Society, UK and a Cricket and Boxing coach.
Mr Naseem Waraich
Naseem Waraich is a Consultant and General Surgeon who was appointed as consultant at University Hospital Derby and also practises as a consultant at Manor Hospital Walsall.
He is a highly trained specialist with degrees in MBBS, MRCS, FRCS.
Naseem was appointed to the Board of Trustees of SUN in 2012.
Mr Mohammad Khan
Mohammad Khan is the Curriculum Facilitator at Westminster Kingsway College London and has been involved in charitable works since 1998.
He has been with SUN charity as a Board of Trustee member for many years.
